You’re a lab rat that got a chance to escape the laboratory where experiments with size changing matter were conducted. Beware of guarding roboroaches and find the way out! 

Apparently, after experiments, you got a mutation that can turn you into a gigantic rat. To turn into one, you should collect  radio-orbs.

When gigantic, you can throw furniture into roaches by pressing E to grab it and the LMB to throw it.

But you can be gigantic only for a short time! Try to kill more enemies while gigantic and use furniture as a shield. 

When small, you’d better hide and try to eat radio-orbs again as you have only 1 hp compared to 3 hp when gigantic and can't throw furniture.

You should destroy every roboroach in the room to complete a level.
